Below you find the most frequently asked questions regarding World Masters.

| What happens if 2 players from different markets with the same nickname have been invited | The player who registers first will be able to keep their username. The player who joins second will need to choose a new username. |
| Do rule violations at the Worlds Masters affect the linked main account? | No, Rule violations only affect the World Masters account. However, if your account is permanently banned on the World Masters account, it will remain banned for all future iterations. |
| What happens if an account is passed on and payments made in the international world are subsequently withdrawn? Could this also have consequences for the main account? | Firstly, the passing on or gifting of an account is not allowed. If an account is shared with another person, you are taking full responsibility for this account, since it is linked to your main account. Please be aware that your main account could be taken away from you. |
| How does the registration work? Can you give yourself a new name? And is it all done via the old email? | You will join the world with the same name and login details as your main account. |
| When will there be exact information about the settings? Unit speed, world speed, alliance size etc.? |

| What about fair play rules? The last few days, I've noticed that people are often banned on other servers due to a few spam messages a day - in DE, there's a rule in the NL. What will apply to the WM? Are there exact rules that we can follow? | Generally, the EN/INT Rules apply. There are small adjustments made for the World Master Rules; you can view them under the Rules page of the dedicated landing page. Other market-specific Rules and special agreements do not apply. |
| How does the world launch work? Can you invite each other? Can you only start via cardinal points? Or is everything completely random? | You cannot invite each other. You will be able to start via the cardinal points as usual and choose your direction. It's possible to restart and settle near your alliance. |
| Do you plan to keep the gold on the World Masters account for the next edition? | Yes, any premium payments will stay on the World Masters server/market. |
| How does the Registration Process work on mobile? | You cannot register on Mobile, only on the Browser version. Once you are registered, you can log in with the mobile version, using the market selection in the cog-wheel. |
| Can you transfer gold from your regular server to the Grepolis World Masters server? | No, it's a different server/market |
| Can you receive or transfer anniversary rewards to the Grepolis World Masters? | No, it's a different server/market |
| Will there be a night bonus on the Grepolis World Masters? | No, since this is an international server, there will be no night bonus. |
| Will there be any events on the Grepolis World Masters? (like Spartan Assassins, Wheel of Fortune, etc) | No, there will be no events running on the World Masters server. |
| If I won a contest in our country or on Facebook, can I get the gold on World Masters? | No, you can only get contest-related gold on your original account. |
| How were the invitations for the World Masters sent out? Were there specific criteria? | Players who were listed among the Top 100 in any of the active worlds in Q2 of 2025. Snapshots of the Top 100 were taken at different stages in this period. Future changes and improvements to qualification criteria are being considered based on the feedback received from players. |
| How many invitations were sent per server? Was there a fixed number or distributed proportionally? | There was a total of around 11k players invited. Due to technical limitations, we cannot invite more players. From each market, around 30% of the total player volume was invited, proportionally. Future changes and improvements to qualification criteria are being considered based on the feedback received from players. |
| Will we receive detailed rules and terms before the start of the World Masters? | The Rules are based on the EN/INT. server, adjusted slightly for the World Masters. The usual terms and conditions apply. You can view them under the Rules page of the dedicated landing page. Other market-specific Rules and special agreements do not apply. |
| I want to change my language and time zone, where can I do this? | Head to the settings, under Language & Timezone you can adjust both. |
