Refreshing Seasons' Weekly Quests

Every week, up to two Weekly Season Quests can be refreshed at will. When doing so, a new Quest is generated in place of the refreshed Quest. The new Quest is guaranteed to be different from the Quest that was refreshed. Any progress on the refreshed task is lost as part of the refresh, and any reward is not granted.
