The Great City Renovation: Upgrade Mode!

The era of manual searching is over, Humans and Elves! The new Upgrade Mode has arrived to streamline the growth of your realm. This dedicated vision allows you to identify, manage, and evolve your buildings with unprecedented speed and clarity. 

Entering the Architect's Vision

Accessing this new power depends on how you rule your city:

  • on Browser: Locate the new Upgrade Button in the bottom sub-HUD. Once active, your cursor will transform into a Golden Upgrade Arrow. To return to your normal city view, simply click "Done."

  • on Mobile: Open the Build Mode (bottom-right) and toggle the Upgrade switch.Note: While in this mode, Move and Sell functions are disabled to allow you to focus entirely on your city's ascension.

Visual Omens: Identifying Your Progress

While in Upgrade Mode, your buildings will speak to you through mystical glows and shifting forms:

Rules of Construction

Direct Access: Clicking a building in this mode skips all distractions and takes you straight to the Upgrade or Evolution window.
Flat View Power: You can toggle between Regular and Flat views without losing any vital information, making it easier to find small buildings hidden behind tall spires.
4612dd562db8973647969c1f376b96f5The Space Challenge: If an upgrade requires a larger footprint, the button will say "Move and Upgrade." The game will temporarily switch to Move Mode; once the building is placed, you will automatically return to Upgrade Mode.
*Evolving Streaks: If you have multiple Evolution Artifacts, the window remains open after use, allowing you to reach higher stages in one swift session.
Mobile Wisdom: Since tooltips are absent on mobile, a single tap on a building will provide a detailed Info Menu to guide your decisions.
