What is the ForgeBot?

The ForgeBot is an AI assistant for our Knowledge Base, accessible through a widget in the bottom right corner. It is trained using data from this Forge of Empires Knowledge Base and videos from our official YouTube channel. The AI assistant can help you find answers, and will link to the sources it used to generate its answer.

Our goal, and the reason why we're offering the assistant, is to make it as easy as possible for you to find the information you're looking for. The AI assistant is not a replacement for our Support services, and so our Support Team will of course remain available for you as usual.

The AI assistant will be continuously trained with new data, whenever new content is added to our Knowledge Base and YouTube channel. However, please note that answers given by it may at times contain inaccuracies, and it is therefore advised to also check the sources it links directly. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you come across any mistakes the assistant makes, so that we can resolve these cases. We value the accuracy of information provided highly, which is why we will be monitoring the AI assistant and how it performs closely.
