In order to change the email linked to your account from the game: just go in Settings -> Profile -> Change E-mail Address, and follow the procedure.Note: you can undo the change within the next 14 days using that e-mail - during this period you can’t change your e-mail address again. If you mistype the new e-mail address, you cannot cancel it and you will need to wait 14 days to try it again.
