How can I change my username?

Unfortunately it is not not possible to request a change of user name once it has been set.

The only exceptions for this rule can be made if one of the two following rules apply: 

  • a real life name was chosen by accident
  • the user name is in violation of the game rules*

In any case, the change needs to be requested via our support team and cannot be performed in-game.

* The support team maintains the right to keep the account blocked if the extent of breach of rules about the name was excessive.
