I bought a package to an event, but unfortunately I can not find the goods that have been part of it. Why?

While purchased Gold is available on all game worlds, this does not apply to (event) packages. The items listed in the package will only be available on the game world where you performed the purchase. Items may be found in your extended inventory by clicking on your inventory.
