Account deletion

You can delete your account and all your data attached to it via the data management screen. Please keep in mind that the deletion process takes several days, and you cannot access the game during that time.

❗ Important: the deletion can not be reversed.

Please follow the steps below:
  1. Open the game.
  2. Select 'Settings' from the bottom menu.
  3. Select 'Account' on the left sidebar.
  4. Tap the 'Delete Account' button. Remember - after the confirmation, this cannot be undone!
 Once you have completed this process, the account will be deleted within a few days.
