Infinite loading when accessing the game on browser

To avoid the possibility of getting stuck on the game's loading screen when starting it in a browser, make sure to keep the browser tab active while the game is loading and do not navigate to a different tab.


Making the browser tab inactive during the initial loading screen can interrupt the loading process.

If this happens and the game still does not load after several minutes, please try opening it in a private browsing window (incognito mode). If that works, clear your browser’s cache, then try loading the game again. This should resolve the issue and allow you to access the game as usual.

If the issue persists even in a private browsing window, please contact support and include details about your browser, device, and where the game gets stuck during loading, along with any error messages you may see.
