My city disappeared.

If your city or your progress is gone and you're starting again in the initial game tutorial, it is likely because one of the following happened:

  • The game was uninstalled and installed again.
  • You are trying to play on another device.
  • You cleared the cache and/or temporary files of the game on your device.
