What do the cultural sites do?

We all need some culture!

Most buildings have one common feature: they work better when they are supported by cultural sites. Cultural sites do not produce anything tangible, but instead improve other buildings around them.  For example, farms with cultural sites around them produce more food, homes produce more coins, and barracks get faster at training soldiers, thus occupying your workers for less time.

The overall value is how much culture boost is granted to a building if it happens to be within the range of the Culture Site.
The per tile occupied value is the overall value divided by the number of tiles occupied by the Culture Site itself.

What should be also taken into account when choosing the appropriate Culture Site is the range, which is the distance from the Site at which its culture boost takes effect:
Little Culture Site:1 field
Compact Culture Site: 1 field
Moderate Culture Site: 2 fields
Large Culture Site: 3 fields
Luxurious Culture Site: 2 fields
