Can I be attacked and lose my city, resources, or other items (PvP)?

No! Directly attacking other players' cities and taking their resources or taking over/destroying cities is not possible in Rise of Cultures.

You can compete with other players by getting higher and higher in the leaderboards, or by taking part in Player Encounters - a competitive feature with optional participation.

There are no plans of adding more traditional PvP features (e.g. city raiding) in the future.
