How do I use items with a required level higher than mine?

Soldiers - one of the classes - has a specific class bonus allowing players to equip weapons with a requirement up to 3 levels higher than their own level. By using the Character bonus premium, this value will double, so you can use weapons with a requirement up to 6 levels higher than your own level.
