How do I take over a village?

Nobling refers to the process of taking over another village, which is the only way to acquire additional villages. To noble a village, you need a nobleman and must attack the target village with it. During a successful attack, the nobleman reduces the village’s loyalty.

The base loyalty of a village is 100, and each attack usually lowers the loyalty by 20-35 points, even if you send multiple noblemen in the same attack. There are additional buffs that can help noblemen reduce loyalty faster, such as the Noble Booster and the Paladin’s Persuasion skill. To take over the village, its loyalty must be reduced to 0 or below. This typically requires 4 or 5 attacks, though in rare cases, it can be done with just 3 attacks.

A nobleman attacking alone will usually die due to the village’s base defense, so it is essential to send supporting troops along with it.

Once the nobleman successfully reduces the loyalty to 0 or below, it takes over the reign of the village and can no longer be used for additional attacks, meaning you need to mint more gold coins to create a new nobleman.

Note: If you retake your own village, by mistake or intentionally, your village's loyalty resets to 25. In such cases, the nobleman is lost, but your units outside the village are not affected, and you do not need to mint additional coins.
