Your army is the source of success in Tribal Wars. Troops are used to attack villages and defend enemy aggression. Larger attacks are necessary to clear well defended villages, and a big standing army is an important way to protect your resources. |

Deciding factors |
There are many factors which affect who wins an attack, including the Wall level, number of troops, and Luck. You can use the Simulator to experiment with these factors to plan for battle with accuracy. |
Test the Simulator to become familiar with how Luck or Morale can influence success. You can find it in your Rally Point building. |

City Guard |
Different units are better for offense or defense. Even a small quantity of Swordsmen are enough to deter enemies from targeting you frequently. |

Building an army I |
If your village is empty, then it will easily be taken or looted. You should always be recruiting units while upgrading the village. |
