How can I play the weekly Allied Culture City events?

To play the weekly Culture City event, you need to have reached the Bronze Age and unlocked the "Allied Culture Events" research.

Once unlocked, the weekly Culture City event will be accessible via an icon/banner in the bottom-right corner of your city overview.
