I cannot access my old account, what can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. We would like to assist you in recovering your account as soon as possible. Please contact our customer service and provide the following information:

  • name of the account,
  • registration email address,
  • the date of the last time you could log in.

Please, use your registration email address as a contact method to prove that the account is really yours. Simply send an email to west-en@support.innogames.com from your registration e-mail address with all the necessary information. There is no need to create a new game account for this.
