Chapter VIII - Settlement Buildings
Orcs Portal Site
The Orcs Portal Site is your gateway to bringing the Orcs & Goblins back to life in Elvenar. Once you unlock its technology and place the building in your city, these wild creatures start roaming around — bringing with them chaos, noise, and the unmistakable scent of mushrooms.
Functionally, this building plays several roles:It allows the race to enter and remain in your city. It acts as storage for all Orc and Goblin-produced Goods. It provides a production bonus to all buildings of the chapter.
Like other Portals, it must be connected to your Main Hall via a regular street. To connect it to the Mushroom Farms and the Orcs Rally Point, you will need to use a special street type: the Swamp Trail. While most resources are stored without limits, two—Shroom of Wisdom and Loot—have a maximum capacity. Once storage is full, a red bar will appear in the interface. You will need to spend, discard, or upgrade the Portal to increase storage.Even if you sell the Orcs Portal Site, your stored Goods are preserved. Still, it’s best to keep it until you finish all Orc-related quests.
Upgrading the Orcs Portal Site:Increases storage capacity for Shroom of Wisdom and Loot.Enhances the production bonus for all Orc & Goblin buildings.
Mushroom Farm
The Mushroom Farm is where the Goblins do what they do best—grow strange and powerful mushrooms. This building produces:HardshroomPsychoshroomPowershroomShroom of Wisdom
When starting the game, you’ll see the Shroom of Wisdom listed as a premium production. Once you build the Orcs Rally Point and have enough Orc Dung, the production becomes available as normal.
Upgrading the Orcs Portal Site will increase production efficiency in the Mushroom Farm, shown with a green arrow on the product icon.Like all buildings, Mushroom Farms must be connected via Swamp Trail to the Portal, and they can be sold, rebuilt, and upgraded.
Upgrading the Mushroom Farm:Increases the amount of Goods produced per cycle.
Orcs Rally Point
The Orcs Rally Point is less of a factory and more of a playground—for Orcs, that is.This is where they burn off their chaotic energy, and where you can channel that mayhem into useful resources. Depending on the activity you assign, the Rally Point can produce:
Armament – from Spare Time ActivitiesOrc Dung – from Wild PartiesDebris – from Obstacle CoursesLoot – from RaidsEach activity requires different input resources:Spare Time → Coins and SuppliesWild Party & Obstacle Course → Magic Mushrooms from Mushroom FarmsRaid → Mushrooms + Armament (produced in the Rally Point itself)
You also need Orcs to run these activities. Orcs are produced in Armories (level 20+), and without them, the Rally Point won’t function.Just like with the Mushroom Farm, you’ll need to collect production manually, and Loot is subject to storage limits. If storage is full, the icon will appear greyed out.Upgrading the Orcs Rally Point:Reduces the time needed for Orc activities to finish.
